Voice email + voicemail for local businesses

Follow-ups people actually listen to.

AlyaLabs sends each lead and customer a personal voice note, in their inbox and in their voicemail, on your schedule. Switching from plain text to a personal message has been shown to triple reply rates.[2]

Watch

AlyaLabs in 40 seconds.

A voice email, then a voicemail, then a booked appointment. Turn your sound on, that's Sarah.

Why it works

Plain emails get ignored. Personal ones get answers.

Most follow-up emails look like every other message in the inbox. A note that says your name, in a real voice, about the thing you asked for, is the one people stop and reply to.

Plain outreach email

8.5%

of outreach emails get a reply on the first send.[1]

About 2 replies in every 24 emails

Personal message instead of plain text

3×

the reply rate one sales team saw after switching to personal video emails.[2]

Three times as many: about 6 in every 24

AlyaLabs gives you that personal touch with voice, with no camera and no recording on your part. Every note uses the person's name and what they asked about, and goes out on time, every time. Follow-ups matter too: a single follow-up email lifts replies on its own.[1]

The figures above are industry studies, not AlyaLabs results. The envelopes show what those rates look like at a glance. Your results depend on your list, your offer, and your market. We'll talk through realistic numbers for your business on the demo.

Two channels

In their inbox. In their voicemail.

Some people live in their email. Others never open it but always check their voicemail. AlyaLabs does both, in the same personal voice, as one sequence.

Channel 1

Voice email

A normal email from your business with a short voice note inside. It plays in one tap, with open times right underneath.

  • Lands in the inbox from your business, not a no-reply address
  • Plays in one tap on any phone or computer
  • Booking takes one more tap, or they just hit reply

Channel 2

Voicemail drop

A personal message waiting in their voicemail. Their phone doesn't ring, so it never interrupts, and they listen when it suits them.

  • No ring, no interruption, no awkward cold call
  • From your business number, so callbacks reach you
  • Most phones show a written preview too
Better together. A voice email first and a voicemail a couple of days later, or the other way round. One sequence across both channels, and it stops the moment they reply or book.

Hear it

Sounds like someone from the front desk, not an ad.

Short, casual, and about the person listening. Two made-up businesses, each with a voice email and a voicemail. Press play.

Sequences

Set the timing once. AlyaLabs keeps following up.

Choose what starts a sequence, how many messages go out, how far apart they are, and whether each one is a voice email or a voicemail. Try it below.

Examples

Starts when
Stops when they reply or book Only sends 9am–6pm, their time Skips weekends Opt-out in every message

    End to end

Everything from the first message to the booked appointment.

You don't buy software and figure it out. We write the messages, set up the sequences, connect your systems, and keep improving it.

    1. 01

      Personal voice emails

A short audio note inside a normal email, made for each person. It plays in one tap on any phone.“Hey Dana, I saw you'd asked about whitening…”

    2. 02

      Voicemail drops

A personal message lands in their voicemail, so they hear it when they check their phone without being interrupted by a call.

    3. 03

      One sequence, both channels

Pick how many follow-ups, how many days apart, what hours they send, and whether each step is a voice email or a voicemail. Change it any time.

    4. 04

      Connected to your booking system

New leads start a sequence automatically, open slots come from your real calendar, and bookings land where you already manage them.Google Calendar, Calendly, Jobber, Square, Vagaro, and more

    5. 05

      Messages that sound like you

We write every script around your services, prices, and the way you talk to customers, and you approve them before anything goes out.

    6. 06

      See what's working

A simple weekly report: who listened, who replied, and how many appointments came from each sequence.

    Done for you

Live in about a week. You don't touch any software.

We build AlyaLabs around how your business already works: who you want to reach, what you want them to book, and how you like to sound.

    1

    Day 1

    A 30-minute chat

We learn your services, your customers, and which follow-ups matter most to you.

    2

    Days 2–4

    We build it

We write the scripts, set up the sequences, and connect your booking system and contact list.

    3

    Day 5

    You listen & approve

We send you sample notes. Tell us what to change until they sound right.

    ✓

    Day 6–7

    Go live

Sequences start running. Replies and bookings come straight to you.

Your part: One call with us, and approving the sample messages. We handle the rest, including changes later on.
How personal are the messages, really?
Each note uses the person's name and details from your systems, like what they asked about, what they last booked, or how long it's been since their visit. You set the script and timing. The wording is made for each person.
    Does it sound robotic?
No. Press play on the examples above. The voices are casual and natural, and you can pick one that fits your business. You approve sample notes before anything goes out.
Can I control when messages go out?
Yes. You choose the number of steps, the days between them, sending hours, and whether each step is a voice email or a voicemail. Sequences stop automatically when someone replies or books.
Will it work with my booking system?
Most likely. We connect with common calendars and booking tools like Google Calendar, Calendly, Jobber, Square, and Vagaro. If you use something else, tell us on the demo and we'll check.
Does a voicemail drop make their phone ring?
No. The message goes straight to their voicemail. They see it like any other voicemail and can listen, or read the preview, whenever it suits them.
    Are voicemail drops allowed?
The rules depend on where you are. In the US they're treated like calls, so we only send them to people who've given you their number and agreed to hear from you, and every message tells them how to opt out. We'll walk through this for your business on the demo.
Who do the messages go to?
Your own leads and customers: people who filled in a form, asked for a quote, booked before, or missed an appointment. Every message includes a simple way to opt out.
    How much does it cost?
A flat monthly price based on how many contacts you reach. Setup is included and there's no long-term contract. We'll give you an exact number on the demo.
